Hi, I’m Carrie, the founder of Carrie Lee Artistry.

I didn’t start this business just to do beauty I created it because I know how powerful it is to feel confident in your own skin. My journey began with a deep appreciation for makeup and artistry, but over time it evolved into something much bigger: helping women reconnect with themselves through intentional self-care, education, and confidence-led beauty.

With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve worked across makeup artistry, skin health, brows, lashes, and professional education. Throughout my career, I noticed a gap beauty services that focused on trends and perfection, rather than skin health, individuality, and self-love. That realisation led me to build a studio that blends artistry with wellness, and eventually to create Cosmetii Skin, a skincare brand designed to support real skin, real lifestyles, and long-term results.

Every service, lesson, facial, and product I offer is guided by one philosophy: beauty is not about changing who you are it’s about enhancing what already exists. Whether I’m working with a client, teaching an artist, or creating skincare, my goal is always the same to empower women to feel confident, informed, and at home in their own skin.
