IMPORTANT MESSAGE READ BEFORE PROCESSING YOUR BOOKING!
once you have booked and payed the deposit you have agreed to this policy. Please be mindful that all deposits are non refundable, I only offer in store credits of you choose to cancel your appointment, how ever if you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hours period before your appointment your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

48-Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Carrie Lee Artistry , we strive to provide the best service possible to all our valued clients. To ensure that every appointment is given the attention and time it deserves, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. -
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Appointment:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of [50%] of the service cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged [100%] of the service cost. -
Late Arrivals:
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the full service fee will still apply. -
Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time that suits you.

Payment of Fees:
Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the inability to book future appointments.

Changing booking
please using this link above if you wish to change an appointment log in and select you new desired date . if our online system wont allow you to reschedule it is outside of our 48 hours policy and your deposit will be forfeited

we have an amazing online booking system that makes it super easy to book with us. a deposit must be secured for your booking
